This type of mixer is suitable for bakeries and cake shops. Dough capacity starting from 40 Kg up to 120 Kg. Heavy duty painted steel body. Spiral arm, breaking bar, bowl and protective grid are all in high resistance stainless steel AISI 304. Supporting wheel for bowl. The trasmission of movement to the spiral is made with a system of double pulleys in order reduce the effort of the 2-speed motor to the minimum. All drives are made with adjustable belts to obtain the maximum quietness and reliability.
This system gives a considerable saving in maintenance costs. Following a careful study of the position of the spiral bar in relation to the bowl, and the constant relation ship of the revolutions of the spiral in respect of the bowl, these mixers guarantee a perfect mixture and better quality. Stainless steel in all the splash zone. Two speed spiral rotation with mixing time to set by means of touch screen. The switch from the low to the high mixing speed and the stopping of the machine happens automatically. Electronic programmable control panel for each speed. The working cycle can be automatic or manual. The controls are 24 volts low tension offering complete security. Impulse button for bowl rotation to simplify to facilitate an easy extraction of thr dough. Possibility to reverse the bowl rotation in first speed. It’s also possible to stop the mixer during time mixing, to raise the protective stainless steel grid, in order to check the mixture and to re-start the mixing without having to re-programme the times.
Motor protection from overload and overvoltage. Machine provided with wheels to allow an easy moving and support feet to guarantee the machine stability during working.
